What if I am interested in an activity or event which is not listed on your website?
Although we have an extensive list of activities and events listed on our site, we understand that there is an even bigger array of choices in Auckland.  Just let us know your interests and we’ll contact you within 48 hours with details of your chosen activity.  All of the activities we feature on our website are provided by proven and favoured suppliers.  If you fill in our obligation free enquiry form detailing the activity you wish to undertake we will use our local contacts to source a professional and well-respected supplier.


How will I get my tickets for my chosen activities?

As both an internet-based and environmentally conscious company all of your itinerary details and ticket confirmations will be emailed to you. Tickets will be available for pick up at the venue.


How far in advance/last minute can I book activities?

For fixed activities, such as a bungy jump or sailing trip there is no restriction. However, transient events/activities such as theatre tickets may only be available 5-6 months in advance.  If you wish to book last minute, we will endeavour to source the best tickets available.


What if I have to cancel my trip?

If you unexpectedly have to cancel your visit to Auckland, some tickets may be non-refundable (e.g. theatre or concert tickets). The cancellation policy of each booking will be made clear on your agreed itinerary. If you have any particular questions with regard to a certain activity please feel free to ask.


What is the fee that you charge for this service?

In addition to the cost of the activity, there is a one off fixed fee for the personalised service regardless of the number of events you book or the number of people.  This saves you the hassle of researching activities and individually booking each one and also saves you the separate booking fees which are often charged for this facility.


At what stage of the process am I obligated to pay for the service?

Once you have filled out a detailed information form you will be contacted with a personal response and your own recommended itinerary. After the itinerary has been confirmed the total cost is agreed and tickets reserved. You will then be requested to pay through ‘PayPal’ secure online billing system which will enable us to complete the bookings at which point your confirmation details will be sent to you.


What if I have a query after receipt of confirmation?
Contact us directly by email with any queries.  


What if I want to make changes to my itinerary after receiving confirmation?

Contact us and we will do our best to adjust or adapt your itinerary.  Please note that some tickets may be fixed after purchase.
